Don't torture me with stories of Tilamook Cheese. You're killing me! As a fellow Pacific Northwest native, I miss that stuff like you wouldn't believe. And yes, Ale loves the States too and is always amazed by customer service. He thinks that if you complain about anything they'll give you something free. ;-) Sometimes I think he'd like to complain about a meal just to try out the system and see if they'd comp it for us!! However, having been in Belgium a couple of years and having seen a little of Europe I can understand the whole 'customer service delight' outside in the States or back home in NZ.
