I went to this art exhibit in Piazza del Popolo a few weeks ago. Apparently this made news in Spokane because my sister told me about it. The “Trash People” were created by German Artist HA Schult, and there is roughly 1000 of them in the collection. This exhibition is currently on a world tour having visited Moscow’s Red Square in 1999, put on the Great Wall of China in 2001 and erected in front of the pyramids in Giza, Egypt in 2002. Pretty creative if you ask me!
