Italians not only celebrate Pasqua, but the following Monday is Pasquetta or little Easter. Many people in Roma leave the city to picnic on the countryside. Daniele and I decided to head to Anzio, a little town about an hour away on the Mediterranean sea. We ate at a yummy seafood restaurant and felt really sleepy after, but we did make it to the beach! A Bella Giornata!
